Don Strong, CGR, CAPS

Born and educated in the Midwest, Don has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management. In 48 years of marriage, Don and his wife Anne have raised five children, visited over 30 states, and logged 25,000 mile on his Honda Gold Wing. In his spare time Don is active in the local community through his church, various charities, and as a volunteer. In 1990 he co-founded Brothers Strong.

Michael Strong, CGR, GMB, CAPS, CGP, President
With an MBA in International Management and an MA in International Relations, Michael truly brings a global perspective to your project. As an industry speaker and mountain climber, Michael enjoys traveling the world and speaking at national conventions almost as much as he enjoys remodeling homes.

Jeff Hunt, CGR, GMB, CAPS, CGP, Vice-President – Sales & Administration
Jeff holds a BS in Construction Science as well as an MBA from Texas A&M. A former Big-6 consultant, Jeff blends his construction and consulting experience into a consultative approach to quality construction with an emphasis on professionalism. Jeff and his wife Carrie have three children. Jeff is a frequent instructor and speaker on residential construction at various local and national venues.

Tommy Strong, CGR, CAPS, CLC, Vice President Construction Operations
Tommy studied business administration and architecture before graduating from the University of Texas with a BA in English. With a creative bent, Tommy welcomes opportunities to mix his hands-on experience as a Certified Lead Carpenter with his responsibilities in project management. He also loves camping, fine woodworking, and flying kites.

Jon Orr, Project Manager
For custom remodeling, new construction and insurance work after hurricanes, from Florida to Houston, the only thing Jon likes better than tooling around in his JEEP is the satisfaction he achieves by getting clients back in their homes with a smile on their faces!
 
 
Tom Pellegrin, Project Manager
In residential construction since 1999 Tom always keeps his focus on doing the right thing. He has studied his craft and loves to work out the tiniest details with his trade partners in the field to ensure the project is built right and the client is happy.
 
 
Randall Self, Project Manager
No project manager professional in the field is more patient than Randall, he has built hundreds of custom homes and is well on his way to doing the same in custom remodeling.
 
 
Denise Taylor, Office Manager
Denise was born and raised in San Francisco, but became a Houstonian over 25 years ago when her husband was transferred here. Since 1994, she has filled the position of Office Manager for Brothers Strong. Prior to her arrival in the remodeling industry, she worked for several attorneys in the Houston area. Shopping, shopping, shopping, bowling and her Sheltie dogs comprise a few of her favorite things.
